(November 7, 2020, 1:41 pm)The very first time I walked in to this studio, I felt the good vibes. The staff are so welcoming and Friendly. Also, the instructors are knowledgeable and it makes you feel comfortable with your practice.
I finally found the best workout and continue my Yoga practice that I always wanted to do. -

(November 6, 2020, 4:13 pm)This infrared hot yoga studio is a little gem in Flower Mound. The classes range from soulful and stretchy to kick your butt hard to intriguing and playful. Jo and Stacy are incredible people and that comes through in their classes, their professionalism, and their community. The facility is beautiful, the instructors are experienced, and the yoga is fantastic. After visiting almost every studio in the DFW area, I couldn’t recommend it more.

I started my journey of trying to create a healthier lifestyle, and get in better shape a few months ago by joining Urban Vybe. In 90 days, I've dropped 32 lbs.! As many, I struggled with diets and certain workouts, but with Urban Vybe and the T4 Program, goals were achieved! Maintaining a healthier mentality and lifestyle has never been easier with this teams support!
