“Connections Wellness is amazing. I highly recommend their treatment facility if you are suffering with any trauma, anxiety, depression, or any issues that need more intensive therapy. Their office is clean, modern, and a safe place to get the help you need. The staff truly cares about you as a person and has such empathy for your situation. They have invaluable resources and you are continuously learning new education, techniques, and coping skills. I can’t say enough about Katlyn, the group therapist, she’s amazing and will push you to be better. In addition, Dr. U. has a kind heart and truly cares about his patients. He takes time and teaches you about your medications and guides you through your struggles with his vast knowledge and experience. What I like best is that he listens to you and you work together to create a medication plan that will aid you in your recovery. He is by far the best Dr that has treated me this far. All in all, this place saved me from a dark place and after completing the program, I feel optimistic, empowered, and excited for a new chapter. You do have to put in the work, however, if you are willing to do so this place has a reputable therapeutic program that will make you better.”

If only all places had a sink up front so everyone can wash their hands right away. The establishment is very clean. The staff was very kind and caring and answered any questions I had. I suffer from very high myopia so I’m glad they addressed my concerns for my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable and excited for her first pair of eye glasses. I’m glad I found Dr Lao and her team.”

“We love Emler. Nicole is a teacher and supervisor, and she is fabulous. She is patient, kind, and FUN. My 3 year old adores her. He was starting to get really scared and anxious about going under water. The whole staff worked with us to find a way to get him more comfortable and give him time instead of pushing him until he was too scared to want to come to class. Now he’s making progress and so proud of himself. We have Ray this semester, and she is awesome too. I love that my kids are learning to swim and having so much fun. I will add that kids all learn differently and some are more sensitive. You know your kid best, so talking through any concerns early in the process is best.”
