“I first visited The Salt Retreat just before Christmas. At most, I was hoping for a relaxing half hour doing something with my girls that we had never done before. I certainly did experience a relaxing time, 40 minutes to be exact. But, what I didn’t really expect was that over the next couple of days, I actually noticed that I could breath better through my chronically inflamed sinuses. And breathing better led to SLEEP!! For years, I have struggled to sleep well because I couldn’t breathe. That was more than enough to make me want to visit every day that I could. If the physical benefits weren’t enough, then the heated recliners pushed it over the top! I have seen other Halotherapy centers with those fancy lawn chairs, but no lawn chairs here! As a matter of fact, everything in their shop has been put together in such a beautiful and inviting way. They keep everything clean and the temperature and music are just perfect. If all of that wasn’t enough…the couple who runs this business are absolutely wonderful. James and Heather greet everyone by name and always have everything ready for the sessions to start right on time. They are both so knowledgeable about what kinds of benefits the salt therapy can offer, and they are very open to answer any questions that you have about anything. I have to also mention their retail selection of salt lamps and salt related spa products. They are so great, I want to buy something every time I go there! I am confident that I am getting quality products that are both lovely and useful. Without a doubt, I will continue to go to The Salt Retreat as much as I can. It has positively made a huge difference in the quality of my everyday life.”

“I have been going to Dr. Wise for the last two years. She is very kind and compassionate and takes the time to listen to problems and symptoms before deciding upon treatment. Dr. Wise also massages and relaxes the muscles at the beginning and end of the appointment so that any adjustments will be more effective. She has been very accommodating on the few occasions that I had to reschedule, and the office has enforced and followed all COVID related safety and sanitizing procedures. Going to the dentist has always been one of my least favorite things, however, Dr. Kim does a great job making sure I am comfortable before, during, and after all of my appointments. I was so scared having to get two crowns, but Dr. Kim made sure I was extra numb and made the entire process extremely comfortable for me. He was also very patient and meticulous in reshaping my crown to make sure my bite was just right. The lady (I can't remember her name) who does my cleanings is also wonderful. She's extremely nice and very thorough. Forest Dental also offers payment programs for uninsured patients, which is something I really appreciate.
