“If you want to stretch your grocery dollars Aldi is my favorite place to shop! Products at Aldi are distributed under their own branded label but are actually from the same major companies you want at a less expensive price. Some examples: Velveeta Cheese which is about $6.50 at most stores is $3.99 called Clancy Cheese. Cooks, melts, Looks and tastes 99% the same. Spam over 3 dollars elsewhere costs $1.95. I can't tell the difference. Canned vegetables are only .49 cents. Take your own shopping bags and a quarter for the basket (returned when you put the basket back).”

“I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and that's before we even get to the haircut. I'm not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go. We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror, and I'm so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.”

She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and she is the ONLY reason I will shop there a second time. I initially felt scammed by shady advertising to enter the store in the first place; but team leader Stephanie resolved my complaint in a very satisfactory manner. I may not shop here again because of the corporate scandalous advertising, but if I do it will be because her stellar customer service skills were above and beyond her pay grade. Academy would do well to promote her as an example of people skills that make the customer experience worthwhile.”
