  I never write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience! So far everything has been great! The atmosphere is so tropical it doesn’t feel like you are in Texas anymore. Neely made the moving-in process so easy & quick. She was thorough & made sure my apartment was perfect upon moving in. Neely also made it a point to check on me once I was settled, you can tell she cares!
  
  Can’t wait for summer so I can be at the awesome pool!!!!

  Just leased a new apartment with Evelyn in the office. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the leasing process and definitely did everything she could to get me into a unit. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

  Before I get started on Evelyn, I’ll inform you about the prior leasing agent I spoke too, Joe.
  
  I read over 60% of negative reviews about this place. Extremely hesitant, but my bf’s coworker loved Hebron 121.
  When I was first contacted by Joe, I immediately informed him of my hesitation and the negative reviews I read. A few of which, I pointed out to him, below.
  - Communication
  - loud music
  - smell around surrounding area
  - maintenance and etc
  He assured me, he’d make sure we were taken care of.
  I was wrong. He did great with communicating the first couple of times, but didn’t seem to reply after so. I evidently wanted to give up, until my bf kept pushing me.
  
  We ended up contacting Evelyn. Again, I informed her of the reviews. As well, she assured me she would make sure she would take care of us. AND SHE DID.
  Communication is a huge HUGE (Trump voice) thing for me. The fact she made it an effort to ensure that whether she was in the office OR NOT, she was replying to our emails, regardless. If there wasn’t something she could do, she would inform us.
  Today we moved in. Evelyn has been there for us since the beginning til now. She sent maintenance over within the hour or 2, to make sure our garage was taken care of. He even offered to help us mount our TV!
  
  Btw - no smell around here.
  Loud music? Nope. Maybe during the summer, but I’m sure you’d hear that everywhere.
  Maintenance is on property and shared his number with us.
  Overall, I’m happy with this decision, we made.

  So far so great! I’ve been here for a week now and everyone has been so nice and welcoming. The lease signing was quick and easy. I am loving the beach pool and all the areas to take my pup to play!
