  Ricardo was very helpful both times that we visited. He has amazing service! We didn’t feel like we were being sold to, just informed to make our own decision. They have a very diverse and broad collection of furniture and appliances. I would recommend to family and friends!

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I loved my shopping and decision making experience with Evelyn at Canales Furniture in Lewisville. Her listening of my needs was spot-on! She knew exactly which direction to lead me and quickly sorted out what I needed. She knows her inventory, lead time on delivery, and most importantly she treated me with great customer service.

  We got to the store and the guys both named Ricardo were super friendly. They actually joked with us but stayed professional! I loved how they were attentive and patient with us even though we were on our phones working. But Ricardo stayed patient. He showed us the different beds we could purchase and all were reasonable prices! Oh!! We and got military discount!! I’m definitely coming back because the customer service was up to par, we were even given water to drink without requesting the first time by the lady that was there, and when we asked the second time they were kind and brought us a bottle of water:)

  We had a wonderful experience here. We bought a living room set and were very particular about our needs. We have three kids ages four two and newborn so we needed a baby proof, tough, long lasting set. The prices were great the sales floor clean but it was our salesman that made this process so easy. Ask for Ricardo you will have a pain free time finding exactly what your looking for with no gimmicks! Our set arrived today and it exceeded my expectations
