My hubby still has a teenage boy inside 😃, so the Batman "bat cave", signage is his. Please read it, it's important, if you work with clients, if you are a manager you can use this as to train your employees or if you, like me, are from another country and do not have English as a first language. I needed to print some flyers to offer my service and I had never printed a flyer before, especially in this pandemic moment where jobs have reduced. I have a good level of English, I can communicate and understand everyone, but unfortunately sometimes we come across impatient people or people who think that everyone has an obligation to know English and treat people badly and feel superior. I have had many of these experiences unfortunatley. I was lucky to be helped by Brandy, who gave me all the support, help and was very patient with me and made me happy and very satisfied. Her customer service was excellent. I would love to go to restaurants, post office, stores and etc and always have that kind of service. I say it all this from the heart!”

“I had my home on the market for a month with no offers when my realtor recommended All American Flooring. The comments from the showings were that my home was lovely but the floors were all uneven since the contractors I hired the first time were not specialized in flooring and did not know what they were doing. I knew I was in good hands when the owner of All American Flooring came to my home personally and saw the issue and told me how it would be corrected and called his flooring installer to get on the job right away knowing everyday I had my home on the market was costing me money. The owner of All American Flooring provided a fair and competitive price for the workmanship and high quality of the flooring he provides. My vinyl plank I bought through a wholesaler was paper thin and very poor quality compared to the plank I bought from All American Flooring which was durable and thick. The price point between the two was not much either when I thought I had gotten such a good price to begin with on plank that chipped easily. The owner of All American Flooring and the installer reassured me the job would be done correctly and in a timely manner. In as little as 4 days my home was ready to be shown again and the installers did such a nice job cleaning up that I did not have to get a professional to come in to clean. My home received multiple offers within less than 2 weeks of getting these lovely floors installed with warranty included and I will be closing on the home in a few weeks. I wish I had known of All American Flooring from the beginning and I would have saved myself the hassle and headache along with thousands of dollars having the job done professionally and beautifully the first time. Don't let my mistake be yours and go with All American Flooring for any of your flooring needs! I will always be a loyal customer and continue to send customers their way since they don't just care about making money but that the customer is happy at the end of the day and that the work is impeccable.
