“I first went to Jerry Whittle in May 2021 and I was greeted by Gary Carpenter. When I was at the dealership, there weren’t many boats due to the COVID-19 Boat Shortage. Gary wanted to make sure I got a boat that I wanted and within my price range. He did not try to pressure me in buying an expensive boat or shoo me away like other dealerships did. Gary kept in touch with me and showed me what inventory was coming. On May 4, 2022, my Qwest Pontoon finally came in fresh from the factory. We have a boat slip, and you are not obligated to buy a trailer with your boat. It saved us $5000, and the headache of trying to find somewhere to store the trailer. On May 4th, Monty and Jose took us out on our test drive and Monty taught us EVERYTHING about our boat. Jose also showed me how to properly secure the boat onto the trailer. Monty also delivered our boat to Richland Chambers Reservoir in Corsicana, Texas. He made it a priority to make sure the boat was secure in our slip and that it did not hit anything. He made many adjustments with the rope to make sure the boat was in perfect position. I highly recommend this dealership , and the fact that I did not have to buy a trailer and that they delivered my boat to Corsicana for free. I will be taking my boat here for service and will be buying my next boat here. Grade A customer service!”
