“My daughter broke her glasses and was in dire need of a new set immediately. The scheduling process for the exam was seamless. After arriving Clear Vision already had my provider information which made the check in process so easy. They performed the exam effortlessly and were even able to get her lenses cut during my visit (that may not be the case for every customer that comes through there doors but it was in mine). Everyone was so very patient with my daughter and her need to try on EVERY SINGLE pair of frames in the shop. I will for sure be coming back to them for my daughters glasses again if needed. In the meantime I will continue to remain in denial about my need for my own pair of glasses. When/if I finally admit to myself that I need them, I know exactly where I need to go. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient. In my industry customer service and reviews are very important and this review should serve as testimony to their amazing customer service and processes. “I was having a bad day trailer out of service and no hope of getting out of there. I called Joe and like a white knight in shining armor he shows up and gets me rolling again. I got to tell you I don't normally leave reviews but Joe deserves this one. Very knowledgeable able to diagnose as well as fix problems. I just met him the first impressions are important and Joe just strikes me with honesty and integrity hard to find these days. His shop is now logged into my phone as a saved contact. That should say it all.... I had to come back and edit this I have something else to say. After speaking with Joe after I was rolling again and him checking up on me to make sure everything was okay, other places say we care about you. And you wonder do they really? Well I believe Joe really does care about his customers.”

Also before answering its "out of stock" answer to a product a customer is looking for really double triple check the system and with Leadership to make sure that the product is truly out of stock. We were seated as soon as we walked in, food was ready quickly, and the waitress never let our drinks go more than halfway down before checking if we would like fresh ones. “Good burgers and shakes. They have thin fries which were fine but I prefer a thicker cut fry. I had a garden salad which was good. My vanilla shake was large and tasted great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. Service was polite but slow. My burger was barely warm when it arrived.”
