It’s sad when you try to use local folks but the just let you down. Update: I had a returned call and the gentleman apologized numerous times for the company not getting back with me. It even offered a discount. It was nice he tried to make it right.”

“I have used the automated safety hitch for somewhere between 6000 and 7000 miles on a dozen trips. I have had a couple of small issues that Joe took care of immediately by overnighting the parts to me. Other than that the unit has performed exactly as advertised and shown in his videos. My truck has a lift kit with 35" tires making it to tall and the additional braking power made it safer. It was the answer to keeping the truck I had and using the fifth wheel I wanted.”
