Denis and his team did a beautiful job of repairing, sanding, and refinishing our entire home's oak floors. They were able to make the red oak floors on the 2nd story match the white oak floors on the 1st level. That was a huge accompishment. They were professional and prompt, listened to our needs, and met our expectations. We are so happy with the results. Thank you, Denis!

This company is the real deal and I'm so pleased we chose to use 1King for our project. We started out looking for someone to remove tile & replace with hardwood in 3 rooms, remove carpet & replace with hardwood in 2 bedrooms, sand all existing hardwood floors, and then stain new/old floors to match through out the entire house. Our floors look amazing and look like they were all put down at the same time. We couldn't be happier with the floors.
During this planning of the flooring project we decided to remodel the kitchen at the same time since we would be taking the floors down the slab anyways. In that process, 1King designed a new island layout, add upper cabinets to match existing cabinets, sand and stain all existing cabinets, & lots of other additions that would take too long to list. At the end of the day, we LOVE our kitchen and wouldn't change one thing about it. The process was very smooth and the crews were very respectful and easy to work with.
We ended up doing other projects in different rooms at the same time since we were already making a mess! They added the grid behind the master bed and moved a door from inside my son's room to a different side of his closet. We had them paint most of the house and replace baseboards.
The list goes on and on for all they did for us. Bottom line, I can't recommend these guys enough and we are very pleased with the entire process and final outcome!!!

Mr.Denis did a great job for us. He did an outstanding job on wood floor installation on my entire first floor. I have used him for multiple projects in my new and old home. His prices were very much in line with we thought they would be compared to NFM . I am going to engage him for another project soon . Very professional and the end results looks great!!
