I envy their croissant game and get one nearly every weekend from their stand in the Frisco Fresh Market. The butter and chocolate varieties are the best. The ham one is okay (literally nothing they sell is bad), but the moisture of the ham and cheese kind of sogs up the croissant and it loses the crispiness that makes the other ones extraordinary.”
