(April 27, 2022, 10:11 pm)I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention.
Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.
