Lady in front of me yesterday(11/20/21) ordered enough chicken so her and her husband had enough leftovers for the Cowboys game today. Jimea gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do in order to resolve the issue at hand. She was patient and dedicated to helping me. After everything was completed, she told me that I’d be getting a call later to tell me the issue has been fixed. Jimea took care of my problem and was kind while doing it. “My girls loved going to speech therapy! They are 2 1/2 and 6 years old. The therapist was fabulous! She was able to explain everything she was working on and how we could work on things at home. My 2 1/2 year thought she was going every time for a play date, but she advanced so well in her speech. I went from not being able to understand what she was saying to understanding everything she says. They both still get so excited when we drive by and were so sad when they were finished. I would highly recommend Spark Speech and Language Therapy!”
