They even make me feel good mentally, saying I'm pretty. That lifts a old ladies spirit. Dr. Jalal will work with me on what I want to do, as far as adding a medicine or changing something in my life. I like that. Most doctor's just add pills, she gives you a choice. It has caused me to want to join a gym with my 2 children and get some of my numbers back down, after COvid. Plus it will help my adult children. They do better with me leading.
