“My daughter broke her glasses and was in dire need of a new set immediately. The scheduling process for the exam was seamless. After arriving Clear Vision already had my provider information which made the check in process so easy. They performed the exam effortlessly and were even able to get her lenses cut during my visit (that may not be the case for every customer that comes through there doors but it was in mine). Everyone was so very patient with my daughter and her need to try on EVERY SINGLE pair of frames in the shop. I will for sure be coming back to them for my daughters glasses again if needed. In the meantime I will continue to remain in denial about my need for my own pair of glasses. When/if I finally admit to myself that I need them, I know exactly where I need to go. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient. In my industry customer service and reviews are very important and this review should serve as testimony to their amazing customer service and processes. “I will forever kick myself for living so close and not trying this office sooner. I have never experienced customer service like this in my life. Never in my life has a dental visit been pleasant except with Dr.Woodruff. Everyone in her office has such a calming quality about them and everyone took the time to explain everything that was being done. Dr.woodruff taught me so many things in just one visit. At the previous dental office I would spend on average 4 hrs but would see the dentist for 15 minutes. Here I spent about an hour and a half but Dr. woodruff dedicated 75% of that time to me. This place is fantastic!”
