“I just had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! My doctor specifically sends my RX to them because they are substantially cheaper than my regular pharmacy. The medicine treats my restless leg so it’s pretty important that I take it or I will have a sleepless night. Anyway I called to check on it and the customer service rep, VALERIE, completely put my mind at ease, double checked my info, put me on automatic refill, thanked me, and even called me back because our phones got disconnected at the very end of our conversation. “I want to say something that is very rare in business about this U-Haul, the people and specially the G.M. here have hearts!! The are caring and understanding. I lost my mom, fell very I'll and was hospitalized several times in the last year. They worked with me instead of just being all business and NO heart. The only thing I have left from my mom and grandmother is in a storage unit and because they have that heart I still have it.
