“I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Ryan & Garrett! I called them late one evening after a storm came through N Ft Worth and broke through our skylight. They came out early that morning and sealed it up until they were able to replace our roof and skylight. When I called with questions, they always answered the phone. They made sure to meet the insurance adjuster to ensure all the damages were taken care of. We did not have gutters so we went ahead and had upright add a new gutter system to the entire perimeter of our home! In addition to our roof, we were discussing adding a patio to our backyard. They provided a quote that was super competitive to quotes we already had and decided to have Upright handle everything all at one time since the patio roof would be tied into our existing roof! We had some concrete that sprayed on a back window screen during the slab pour. They could have replaced just the one but they went above and beyond and replaced all our back screens so they would match. The patio is gorgeous and we can't wait to spend these upcoming warmer days and evenings out on our new outdoor oasis! They are the so honest and truly the nicest and most professional contractors I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. I am a Realtor and refer them out to all of my clients now! He explained what to expect with insurance and was timely in his replies to any questions I had. On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.
