“Whitney Patton helped my husband through the whole process. She did a great job and made an honest and fair deal. We were interested in the Jeep Wrangler High Tide edition and they had just sold the last one on the lot. She was able to get another one for us and required a $1,000 deposit to hold it upon arrival. This made us uncomfortable due to the negative reviews but they stuck to the negotiated deal made over the phone. We sent pictures for the trade in, got an estimate over the phone, which was a fair price. They did NOT add extra fees once we got to the dealership either. We live about 2 hours away and did everything over the phone until it was time to go pick it up. Kept us updated while we waited for it to arrive…just all around good communication. I am so happy with my first Jeep purchase and definitely recommend this dealership. Several people tried to buy the Jeep before we made it there and they held on to it for us since we put the deposit down. Nothing but a great experience! Great job, great dealership and great staff.”

“I live two blocks from this 711 and have been going here for years. There is an older gentleman clerk who smokes cigarettes who has worked there for a long time, and always gives me good service. Considering this location is behind the jail, and is overrun by homeless folks, the older clerk has incredible patience. I am surprised he has been able to tolerate such a job, Considering the rude people he is routinely dealing with. On the downside, this clerk works the most and does it all, and sometimes he has to close the store late at night, because he works the truck all by himself. Frankly this guy is a rare gem of a person, and deserves a big raise and better position. He has to be over 50, and the place is family run. And not one young man comes to help him stock the store he does is alone. Do consider this before you talk bad about him, think about his work and customer service ethics. Thanks for everything 711.”

Many opportunities to work in their sewing room, which is lit so brightly, 2 iron stations, trash at each seat, plus an extra side table in addition to the space provided with 6 foot table. Snacks and drinks are available for a donation. Walls have designs boards on 3 huge spaces. The selection of fabric is plenty, not so much that you're overwhelmed and can't make a decision. Bolts as well as pre-cuts, lots of pre-cuts. Many featherweight sewing machines are available and service for machines if needed. Live sales are broadcast often. Retreat facilities are also available. I highly recommend”
