“Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls. They used the center stone off of her old ring and she was able to pick out a gorgeous engagement ring from their selection that she loved. It took less than a week to complete the new ring and the final result was perfect! They even bought the old ring/diamonds off of us for a very reasonable price.
