“I have read a lot of these reviews and at first was hesitant living here. First, every apartment has potential issues no matter where one lives. Personally, I have had nothing but good experiences here. Maintenance is quick, if you call they will answer, and if you have questions it’s easy to go see them. Some things that I wish was better was email responses. They never respond to their emails, but the property manager has informed us there’s a staffing shortage. Thus, some services will be delayed. Overall I do enjoy living here. I’m fortunate I got a good unit. My only complaint is gates being broken and loud upstairs neighbors. However they have children so I don’t get too mad at the stomping. I think before the reviews scare you I would try this place out. However they help 2 complexes so understand if you don’t keep up with your requests they may get dropped. Get with Xavier or Chris if you need something resolved.”

They are awesome and get anything from Twinkies to duck bread and the people working there were very pleasurable to talk to. “Safely repaired a gas line to our pool equipment, heater, from a gas leak detected by our pool maintenance company, verified by CoServ. Went above and beyond taking all safety measures into consideration during the repairs, by turning off the gas at all appliance points in the file, along with the main gas for the home. Performed the necessary safety checks before starting the work. Great job changing out the materials and replacing them with new updates piping. We had refills of drinks and chips promptly and food was delivered quick. The Price - 2 Stars: In general, a little on the high but you do get a lot of food for the price. For example, Fajita for Two was $32. The Vibes - 4 Stars: The restaurant is the quintessential Tex-Mex with spacious booths and wonderfully decorated. Overall, rounding up to 4 stars. Anyone visiting the local State Park down the street should stop in after a hike and get some grub.”
