“This is one of the best clinics I've been to, let alone a pediatric clinic. They really do a great job of understanding their patient's (and the parents') needs and concerns. My daughter feels comfortable and happy going here so that means I do too. All of the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff here are super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciate most is that they will try to prescribe the least intensive treatment as possible to address the problem (e.g. not always prescribing an antibiotic if my daughter has a cold like other clinics do). We have seen multiple providers at this practice and we have been super happy with all of them. Icing on the cake: they have a sticker catalog for the kids to pick from when they leave. Nice touch! I highly recommend this practice!”

Southlake office: The receptionist/office staff is like a 2 out of 10. They are semi-friendly, and just eh. If I were the doctors, I would hire new office staff. Since the doctors and audiologists are amazing, I will overlook their semi rude office staff.”
