“My elderly mother was in the store today because she had locked her keys, phone, and everything in her car at the Aldi's next door. She walked over to the Shell for help. The gentleman there (she forgot to ask his name) told her she could stay inside until help came because it was too hot outside for her to be out there. He then offered her some cold water, and allowed her to use his personal cell phone to call me for help. She was a nervous wreck and he went above and beyond to help her. It's nice to know, with everything going on in the world, that there are people who are kind and compassionate for others. Thank you for being such a good member of the community. It really means a lot to us and our family. My mom said to give him "900 stars" but they only let us give him 5.”

“The food was so good! We had the tea leaf salad, which was wonderful, it had really good texture. Then we had the chili lamb and the coconut chicken soup. The lamb was just the right amount of heat and not too lamb-y and the soup was so good. And we split a Burmese tea after. We’d never had Burmese food and it was such a treat. The workers had a lot of family members and they were all very nice. It’s not very close to us but worth the drive.”

“This Walmart in Lewisville has seen a recent remodeling that has improved the shopper’s feel. First of all, they have reduced the number of cashiers and significantly increased the number of self checkouts. The self checkout areas are large enough and offers different checkout sizes depending on the size of your shopping. This has improved the amount of time spent to checkout. Second, the staff here generally has good customer service. In addition, the store feels cleaner than it used to be. As usual, lots of different products at very competitive prices. This is my to-go store for items I can’t find at Costco or Target.”

Berna runs the office and her follow up skills are a rare gem in this world today. She did exactly what she said she would, called back when she said she would and kept me updated on the progress of our repair. These repairs only took 2 weeks to complete and the cost was worth every penny, and significantly cheaper than other quotes I received! Also just as a testament to their character: my husband mentioned we were expecting a baby girl and they bought a very sweet gift and fixed a couple other things they noticed free of charge just so that my vehicle was a safe as possible for me and baby girl.
