“Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls. They're both absolutely top notch👌🏻 If y'all don't give Hailey and her co-worker a raise I might swoop in and steal them🤪 I kid, I kid, sort of😏 Hailey, thanks for handling my comcast router🙏🏻”

Then he started asking me questions, and telling me about the food. He took my order, I asked him questions and could tell immediately he had a vested interest in that places success. “The teachers and staff at Lakeside Montessori are the absolute best. Not only do they keep the line of communication constantly open they deeply love and care for our kiddos. My daughter started there when she was a few months old and has done spectacular in elementary school! We now have her sibling there and some of same teachers that taught my daughter are still there! This speaks volumes for the management and workplace environment. We couldn't think of a better place to have our children begin their educational journey!”
