I long ago determined that if you need anything from his office that is better to just make an appointment and go talk to him. He is very patient and is one of the few Doctors left that will actually sit and talk to you until he has a true understanding of your issue. Don't you just hate it when the only time you ask a Doctor a question he only answers you as he is backing out of the door? Dr Carter will actually sit down and TALK. It is great, he is a good doctor.”

“My 5th grade and my Kindergarten love this school and me too! The staff is very caring and they communicate so well with parents. You have so many ways to get involved and help the school with different activities that for a full time working mom appreciate any small opportunities to share moments with your kids at school. They are recently recognized as a school of character and I can say that they work hard to get it and they deserved it! It feels very small community type of school and we all loved that feeling. This by far has been the best elementary school that we have had!”
