Ryan, the Service Manager, communicated throughout my wait and seemed to know what he was talking about. My truck was done in a timely manner as specified by Ryan. We even shared small talk while I waited. I recommend this location as well as Little Elm location.”

“UPDATE Mar 2021 Still stop by once a month for sandwich combo meal. Starting Mar 10th they will no longer require customers to wear a mask. Its optional. The store will still practice virus mitigation. 1st visit before 2020 sometime. Once a month I stop by after events in Sanger where we don't stop for lunch. So this is convenient on the way home to Plano. Same fare as any other Subway but better with a coupon like today. Only one guy on shift and he was kept busy. Much better with two on shift.”

What's even more impressive is how honest they are. Last week we received a call from the owner stating that one of their employees (Lupe) had found $300 dollars in one of my suit jackets, but would give it to me when we came to pickup our dry cleaning.
