“Oscar was efficient and patient. He answered all my questions and was very, very personable. He's also very knowledgeable, answers questions clearly and quickly ... he's a good ADT ambassabor. I'm still learning the system ... I've set it off because I forget that it's armed but have had no trouble disarming or arming it. One morning I forgot to arm it when I left the house but was able to arm it from work with the phone app ... that was reassuring. I have a very secure feeling now that I didn't have before. I like being able to look inside the house at any time ... I'm monitoring the cat because I've suspected for a long time that he takes one position on the back of the chair near the fireplace and sleeps all day . . . he does!”
