  We recently moved to Boerne and actually I had the oil change done at another auto dealer near Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Three days later as I was driving home from Johnson City my warning light came on that I had no oil pressure! I stopped at the next gas station to check my oil & I was out of oil! I had AAA tow my car to Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They found & fixed the problem, cleaned the oil off my engine, took it for a test drive to make sure there was no damage to the engine and didn’t charge me a dime. Everyone who helped me was friendly and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep if you want excellent, trustworthy service!

  My service representative Joe exceeded my expectations in terms of his professionalism and knowledge of the recall items that were addressed. He also made sure to update me on the progress of the repairs and made me feel at ease. I also want to commend Henry, the driver fornthe dealership, who went above and beyond giving me rides to and from the dealership. He and Joe really are top performers and ahow how dedicated the owners of this dealership are when choosing who represents them. I will now begin going to Boerne Dodge for repairs on all my vehicles. I can honestly say that their adherence to doing things right is miles above their competitors.

  I thought it was time for a transmission fluid and filter change. The service technician pointed out that my vehicle had the newer 8 speed transmission and it was too early for that. He also let me know it was time to change differential and transfer case fluids. I opted for a brake fluid flush as well. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. It would have been easy for them to just go ahead and service the transmission. Their honesty saved me money, for which I am grateful. Bourne Dodge has always provided excellent service on this vehicle. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else even though there are several other dealers closer to me.

  The guy that worked on my car was great and gave great service. My car after 1 week of having it back has the check engine light on, and I simply can’t afford to rent a car for possibly another month. They said that they are more than happy to come look at my car but it would take 3 days for them to actually get to my car. I would like to bring back my car for a Friday -Saturday without needing to get me a rental because I would be off those two days only but the fact that it takes 3 days for the service team to even look at my car in my opinion is crazy. I am $2,000 in the hole due to having to rent a car for the original repair. I wanted to see if I can bring in my car for a day or two during Friday or Saturday, or if dodge may lend me a loaner so than I can have a car to drive to work. $2,000 is a lot of money for me right now and I don’t think it’s fair for me to Have to pay for that. I would give the service team a 8 only because the check engine light came on after 1 week.
