My wife and I have the best experience upgrading our phones at Cricket located @ 9728 Dyer St. The sales associate Arturo helped us with everything single thing needed and also took time to converse with us during our experience. We definitely recommend anyone who isn’t a Cricket customer to come here and I promise you won’t leave disappointed!!!

Jesus, and Crystal really helped me out opening a new line. Jesus fought for me to keep my phone, (since it's not a conventional model) it took a little bit but he pulled through! Highly recommend for excellent customer service 10/10

My experience at cricket was incredible. When you go to the store, they hold the door open for you. The workers are respectful, friendly, and helpful. Arturo showed me how to save 4 dollars while making my payment through the cricket website. There was two other friendly workers, one helper me activate my phone, but unfortunately I don't know his name. They provide germ-x at the front desk, and put the pin in for you so you don't have to touch anything. My experience was delightful, and I feel safe knowing they value my safety as well as their workers. It was excellent customer service, and I would gladly go back there again.
