“Dr. Bailey saved our boxer's life when she ate a rock and intestinal ischemia (death) had started. She is amazing at correctly diagnosing and treating as our boxer later tore her acl and Dr. Bailey accurately and quickly diagnosed her for that as well.She takes her time, goes the extra step, explains everything in detail, and has a very delightful disposition. Our Lilly loves her! The Northeast Vetinary Clinic has amazing staff and has never disappointed us. The waits can be long, 2-3 hours for the entire visit including payment but they prioritize emergencies and in my experience most good human doctor's take about the same amount of time as well as having a steady amount of patients. Appointments help. All of the extra diagnostic tests do add up but they will tell which ones are absolutely needed if you are on a limited budget and are very through. The waiting room is a bit confined but it is always very clean as well as the exam rooms. The vetinary assistants are very helpful and compassionate and seem to enjoy their jobs. When had difficulty in coming up with the money for Lilly's surgery they suggested Care Credit which really came in handy. It would be nice if they had some kind of payment system though.”

“The dragon fruit refresher lemonade was out of this world. As soon as the chunks of fruit hit my tongue I was in Starbucks heaven. Little pieces of yummy yummy goodness. It was ALL that and more. The drive through cashier that took my order was super friendly and he deserves a raise for his great service. I don't know his name but keep it up. The line in the drive through was a little slow but all worth it for that cup full of heaven”

“The food is pretty good they have different types of Mexican foods and snacks that can be enjoyed. There is a wait at times but it seems that's the case when there's a lot of people. There's limited seating but everyone seems to be eating at their cars. They started accepting cards and this helped with ordering big orders since I usually only use cards I loved this.”

“I have had some issues with this business in the past however, on this visit, I didn't experience have any of the same problems. I had to make a last minute appointment because it was an emergency. They were very accommodating. They got us in quickly assessed the situation quickly and were professional and friendly. Sadly, there was nothing they could do for Lucky. We had to put him down. We were there for an hour and a half all together. If I had waited until Monday, Lucky would have passed away at home and he would have been in quite a bit of pain. I'm satisfied with this visit. They were, as I said, professional and they were genuinely concerned for Lucky and his family.”
