“Given the circumstances the lobby is closed, only their drive thru is open. So I can't say much about the inside of it but I can surely say about the workers. Upon arrival we were greeted, we told him it was a mobil order and were asked to pull to the front where he greeted us again. There was a small mistake on the drink, I asked for noncaramel drizzle(keto diet is hard) while they were remaking it he asked us how we were doing, what we've been up to. Took just a minute to fix it and we were on our way. Their standards of customer service is genuine and great. I wish I could've gotten their names. It will be my new favorite Starbucks at El Paso. I'm not from there but I travel often. Feeling appreciated and taken care of as a customer will keep me stopping here.”
