(October 3, 2020, 9:20 pm)They are always amazing. I bought a gravel bike and all the gear to ride from them. Dude was knowledgeable and awesome. Even tho I was a noob, he treated me well. I routinely find when I get into a new hobby or whatever, going to a shop is intimidating due to condescension from experienced employees. None of that here. Been back for service and accessories. Always treated beyond reproach and w respect. I wish I could remember dude's name that sold me the bike....

They were terrific in every regard and went over and above. I have a feeling that it’s simply what they do each and every day for their customers and fellow cyclists.
