“I don't understand all these reviews about the staff being rude. My son has been a patient of Dr. Akin's for going on 9 years now and I cannot recall a single time the staff has been rude. Sure, some things take longer than others, but if you're nice to them they reciprocate. Dr. Akin is amazing, we've seen him in public and he remembers my son; it always feels personal, and that's what you want from someone you trust to help you keep your kid healthy. Not sure about all of these bad reviews, but you guys are awesome in my book!”

“Let me start off by saying Dr. Naga is the second pediatrician my son has had. I was unhappy with the care he was receiving by his previous pediatrician. Dr. Naga has been a blessing to say the least. He is knowledgeable and always has smile on his face whenever he sees his patients. He has treated my son in the clinic and even followed up with him while he was admitted to the hospital. I really like that his office has flexible hours too! They never hesitate to give you an appointment when your child is sick. Front/back staff are friendly. We love you Dr. Naga!”

“We, as a family, have been seeing Dr.Personett for 15 years, depending on insurance and payment options and such. If you would like a doctor that truly listens to you, that takes their time no matter how long it takes to weigh your complaints and actually attempt to figure them out, if you want a doctor that treats you like a worthy, valuable human being, then Dr.Personett is definitely for you. Personally, I am very happy and comforted to know that any doctor I am seeing is a person of faith. In fact, I wish more doctors would make it known whether they are religious or not.”

“Very quick and efficient. I walked in and was out in 20 minutes with my results. They can do both, antibody and/or nasal swab. The staff was very nice. They cleaned everything. All staff members were wearing masks & they put on gloves to work with you. I used the location at 2740 SW 97th Ave. I can’t speak as per the others but this location was good. Parking was great,,,on premises.”

“Dr Dim absolutely saved my life. I started having trouble breathing after a gym work out. He did testing and determined that I had a extra pathway open up into my heart. It was causing oxygen to not get to the lungs correctly. He corrected the issue with a procedure where he ran an electrode in my vein up into my heart. He shocked the areas until he located the issue and then corrected the electrical area. I am sure this is not the complete answer but he is a human electrician. I would trust him with my life. I pray for him too. God guides his hands. On the personal side, he is always so friendly and remembers things about you. There is always a wait because he gives everyone individual attention, it’s well worth the wait. I would give him a 20, if I could.”

“Dr. Renee Martinez is a thoroughly professional primary care physician and equally important is the fact that she is compassionate and listens carefully to her patients. She analyzed the information from multiple tests and exams by several specialists and accurately diagnosed a condition that was causing me great abdominal pain. This after the specialists were unable to determine what was causing the problem. I am very pleased and satisfied with her competency and the medical care that she has offered me. I certainly recommend her highly.”

He listens, explains, and cares. I was in search of a new OB after mine retired. I was scared and worried I would never find another OB whom I would feel comfortable with.
