“I noticed a bubble in my tire late Sunday night. I called Discount Tire Monday morning and was able to get a new tire, balance, and rotate all within a hour. They were extremely helpful the entire time. They explained the new way to check in, they taught me how to clear a low tire pressure alert that had been on for months, and they were patient while I asked questions about what I was paying for. They presented my options and explained each one without making me feel like my naivety was being taken advantage of. Every person that assisted with my vehicle was very nice and extremely helpful.”
