“Took my dog to get vaccinated, stayed in the car, called to let them know I was there. They called me back and said to bring her in. Got processed in, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Too many people and seems like they over schedule, like appointments scheduled every 8-10 minutes. My dog was very nervous and anxious the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful but didn't like having to wait so long.”

Well that was a complete lie. After I explained to your employee what happened and she saw that I was upset because the gifts were probably not gonna make it before Christmas day she took my order and let me know that she would do her best to have this out as quickly as possible. I received an email back the same day to let me know that they were ready for pick up. F-ING AWESOME! The items may not make it for my loved ones to open Christmas morning, but you guys definitely saved the day. Thank you so much for your professionalism and promptness!
