“From the well lit property, to the super polite front desk gentleman. The welcoming experience they provide was exceptional and so very welcome. I was blown away at the quality of the carpets, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets, the towels were very fluffy and absorbent. The sheets were smooth and firm without being stiff, also they smelled clean without any bleach smell. The whole room was laid out very well and instantly made me feel relaxed and able to sleep the best sleep away from home I have ever had. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent and I felt like the acoustics were deadened, I felt like I could hear no one else, and I didn't feel like I was in an echo chamber. The view was excellent and the morning staff were just as kind and helpful as the night staff.”

I was a regular patient of his for many years when I had insurance coverage and he is by far the best doctor of all medical that I have ever seen. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After a terrible first ever dental appointment at another office (Dr Bowden), the Smile Center completely turned things around. We will never go elsewhere and will be sure to sing praises of your office to everyone. In addition, the office was very clean and decorated with beautiful artwork. It was warm and inviting but also relaxed, which is exactly what you need in a pediatric dental office. I appreciate that much more than overwhelming attempts to distract. The video playing on screens above each chair was appropriate and the monitors were well placed for viewing during exams. “Wooow! I cannot recommend Dr. Ikem and staff enough, you must come to experience what my family and I just experienced. From the start the ladies are amazing very professional and friendly. Then the assistants very educated and caring. But then you meet Dr. Ikem and he’s amazing you can tell he’s knowledgeable, he knows what’s he’s doing. I got some fillings done and he has a light hand I didn’t feel a thing, his attention to detail, you can tell he takes pride and loves his job. “This place is great I took my 7 year old daughter here. She had lost a lot of teeth early for her age. Somehow that caused her to have a narrow pallet, her teeth were a mess. Dr Dickerson inserted a pallet spreader in her mouth and a couple of braces on her top teeth. Within 6 weeks there was a drastic change. They were even willing to let us make monthly payments over an 18 month period of time. The office is extremely kid friendly and fun. They even give their patients a free ice cream cone before they leave. Lucky to find such a good place! 👍🏻👍🏻😊”
