In the past I purchased a tablet from that department in a Sam's in a different location. Both locations had excellent service that was both friendly and helpful. They were also very courteous. The service which I needed was a cleaning of the cellular telephone screen. After getting a cleansing wipe from the optical department, she was able to clean the screen. She also used a lint-free dry cloth to finish cleaning the screen for me.”
