“My wife was involved in a front end collision a few weeks ago. We decided to take our vehicle to Shamaley Collision Center. Our estimator, Ivan Duran, was professional and courteous when we dropped off our vehicle. He was understanding of our concerns with the repairs but assured us we would forget all about them after they were done. He was incredibly informative and even sent pictures of the progress. It really was a piece of mind seeing our vehicle being taken care of. There was a slight delay with the delivery of some parts which delayed the repairs but we were kept updated on the situation, which was greatly appreciated. We, also, kept in mind that we were in a pandemic and understood it was not Shamaley's fault for the delay of the parts. We could not be any happier with the results of our vehicle's repairs.
