After a terrible first ever dental appointment at another office (Dr Bowden), the Smile Center completely turned things around. We will never go elsewhere and will be sure to sing praises of your office to everyone. In addition, the office was very clean and decorated with beautiful artwork. It was warm and inviting but also relaxed, which is exactly what you need in a pediatric dental office. I appreciate that much more than overwhelming attempts to distract. The video playing on screens above each chair was appropriate and the monitors were well placed for viewing during exams. “My husband and I just had one of the best massages here. I had a Swedish/relaxation massage done by Wendy and it was amazing. She made sure to check in every now and then to see if the pressure was okay and she focused on the parts I asked. Mr. David was kind enough to give us a tour of the spa before hand. They have a sauna and hot-tub which we will keep in mind for our next visit. Overall, we felt welcomed and the service was amazing! We will be back very soon!”
