“This was an amazing experience for my family and I! We were all first time riders. My son loved it so much, we’ve been back a second time already. It is a peaceful ride and makes you feel like you’re not in the city at all even though it’s so close to town. Guides (and the entire family) are super friendly and accommodating. The horses are great and I loved learning their names and their story/background. I loved my horses! Steve...very obedient and calm. Blade...take charge and a leader...he would not let any horse get in front of him! I loved him!! I would recommend this place to all to experience. ☺️”

“Took my dog to get vaccinated, stayed in the car, called to let them know I was there. They called me back and said to bring her in. Got processed in, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Too many people and seems like they over schedule, like appointments scheduled every 8-10 minutes. My dog was very nervous and anxious the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful but didn't like having to wait so long.”

I had another embroidery shop completely drop my small order of three pairs of shorts that I wanted UTEP logos put on to send to some family members for Christmas because they were "too busy" after assuring me that my week in advance pre paid order would be ready by the 18th, GUARANTEED!. Well that was a complete lie. After I explained to your employee what happened and she saw that I was upset because the gifts were probably not gonna make it before Christmas day she took my order and let me know that she would do her best to have this out as quickly as possible. I received an email back the same day to let me know that they were ready for pick up. F-ING AWESOME! The items may not make it for my loved ones to open Christmas morning, but you guys definitely saved the day. Thank you so much for your professionalism and promptness!
