“I have been craving good old fashion plain soft serve vanilla ice cream for weeks and decided Veterans Day was treat day. I ordered my ice cream and the owner said it’s Veterans Day and it’s on us. I never mentioned Veterans Day and I was in civilian clothes. Furthermore, 1 minute after they brought me this giant delicious soft serve the owners wife brought my wife a little one so she wouldn’t be empty handed. I have never met these folks until today. “I seriously don’t understand the reason for all the negative reviews?! I’ve been going to this facility for over 20 years and absolutely love this place! Victor Villalobos is the M.D. and has several Physician Assistants working for him. All the PAs are very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient; I never feel rushed. The front desk is awesome; they are very cordial and have great customer service. The medical assistants are helpful and go above and beyond by communicating with my insurance in order to get referrals, procedures approved and they call me promptly with lab results. And the most important is TIME: If I am sick and need to see the PA right away, I get in that same day or at the very least, the next day. I’m always in/out within the hour which I absolutely love because I hate waiting! I’ve been spoiled by the best and will never go elsewhere.”

It's been 5 years now and we continue to come here. The staff is awesome every time. There is no hassle of waiting for hours. They are efficient and no nonsense. “Today was our first visit with these owners. The service was amazing. I was impressed with how clean the place is. The menu is a bit limited compared to most Mexican restaurants, but the food was very good. It was a great touch that the manager came and asked how everything was at the end of our meal. I travel with a service dog, and was asked for her credentials. She wasn't wearing her vest, but was wearing a service dog tag. I understand some people may not recognize it, so had no problem with it. Once they were sure she was a service dog, no pronouns with her being there. COVID notes: You must have a mask to enter. They have a thermometer set up as you enter. The bring sals, etc.. from the salsa bar. They are doing a great job!”
