“I’ve been to Family Smiles of Ennis twice in a week, and both times I’ve had very positive experiences! The staff are very friendly and personable, especially Chelsea! She has helped answer a lot of my questions and gotten me all squared away with the appointments that I need. The atmosphere is also very welcoming, which I really appreciate as going to the dentist can often be a chore. For both appointments I was seen by Dr. Patel and she is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and kind. During my first appointment she told me that I needed a root canal (my first) which was very intimidating, but she was very reassuring and positive! I saw her again today to receive a temporary crown for my root canal and overall my experience was very positive. I appreciate how Dr. Patel explains what she is doing and how she pays attention to whether or not the patient is comfortable!”

“Went for a VA appointment recently. Staff was very nice and friendly at the front desk. Ask for Mrs Jaimi, she’s super patient, she listened to everything I was trying to explain, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Would recommend. Staff was amazing. The interior of the building is showing some wear and tear, that’s to be expected if I had to have a gripe. 4.9 I guess.”

“The office staff is awesome! I have interacted with everyone in the office and have never had a problem. They even follow up when I’m in the hospital in Dallas. I see Dr. Susan Houge and she is amazing. I have also seen Jerika and they both always show so much interest in my health. The MA’s are always very good and always treat me with care. My husband and oldest son see them as well and my mom is scheduled to see them also. I have considered myself blessed to be in the care of Dr. Puckett and staff.”

I found an FNP (Tracy Culver) that I trust and who expresses legitimate concern for my health . I call it TLC ( Tracy Loving Care). My health concerns are always met with care. I am always treated with respect. If there IS a wait time, it is only because sometimes so many of us that love this place are here getting the medical TLC that keeps us returning. The people who work here are real. They go home just like you. I do not believe any of the "bad" reviews. They obviously did not spend time here.”
