(April 29, 2019, 8:26 pm)I cant say anything bad or unpleasant about my experience with Dr Branch & his staff. I had excruciating pain in my ear & swelling on my face around the area; he worked me in that day, took care of me, & gave me instructions to follow after the procedure. The staff put me at ease before, during & after. They even followed up the next day on how I was doing. 5 stars arent even close to a 10. Hes my ENT DR from now on.
