I had excruciating pain in my ear & swelling on my face around the area; he worked me in that day, took care of me, & gave me instructions to follow after the procedure. The staff put me at ease before, during & after. They even followed up the next day on how I was doing. 5 stars arent even close to a 10. Hes my ENT DR from now on.”

“Was nervous to deliver here based on the reviews. Got here on a Fri. morning about 2 hours before my delivery appt. One truck in front of me, but 2 guys waiting inside when I went to check in. Only one was also a live unload. They got him in and out the dock in about an hour or so. I was able to back into dock 11 fairly easy. (Be warned that may not always be the case. I was told by other driver sometimes they have a ton of pallets down in front of dock 11 that minimizes room to back. No pallets on this day so easy back.) You have to wait inside while being unloaded. Took the forklift guy about 20 mins to empty my trailer. They also have dumpsters where you can discard the mats (see pics). May the odds be in your favor!”

I certainly read them before I pick a medical professional or even buy things but I guess I should be ashamed to admit that I had to ask how to post one. This one is long overdue. 2 years ago my dad paid for us to go see Dr. Carpenter. Last night I saw the most amazing thing. During what could have been a bad argument our son who now has his first girlfriend…I don’t even know how to say this. They got into a disagreement & just when I thought he was going to raise his voice-he didn’t. It just all changed. He did all the things we do now. We never taught it to him, but I remember you saying that our kids would learn how to be in a relationship by watching us. Thank you.”

“This was a pleasant stay serving a great purpose! The breakfast attendant was phenomenal! I wish we could remember her name, she was so sweet and kind to our family. Check-in was smooth and seemless, the Business Center was convenient, and the snack shop a treat! A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping the clean bath linens coming! It was a stark contrast to the young lady who worked the nights of our stay, who seemed irritated that guests would have a request. We did encounter a slight problem with room keys, the electronic key on the App would nullify the physical key cards. The desk agent seemed to be annoyed with the request to reactivate the physical cards. Thankfully, her disposition did not have a lasting effect on our overall stay. Thank you for accommodating the needs of so many of the 5,000 extras for the recreation of one of the greatest miracles in history! “Dr Kroeger is AMAZING! If you’re nervously trying to choose an OB for your pregnancy or just needing a regular doctor choose him. He just recently delivered my first baby and not only does he let you decide without pushing anything on you, he tells you everything that’s going on in detail and he checked on us every day we were in the hospital making sure everything was okay afterwards. Also his assistant in his office is THE BEST. She has the best personality and makes you feel comfortable, even when it seems impossible. Loved them and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

I developed complications with my pregnancy and we found out at about 25 weeks that our baby was probably not going to survive. He was so compassionate and caring. When our son died (he lived 7 days) and I came back for my follow up appointment, he was so compassionate and expressed such concern for me after our loss. He scheduled additional follow-ups with me and continued to follow up to make sure I didn't need anti-depressants after such a difficult loss. We have since moved about an hour away from his office, but I refuse to find another OB/GYN. I will drive that hour to see him! He is the best!”
