(December 26, 2018, 10:53 pm)Really enjoy working out here. Trainers and staff are all very personable and welcome me in whenever I workout. The workouts are difficult, but not impossible and trainers often offer to modify exercises based on fitness levels or prior athletic injuries. It’s nice to be able to see heart rate and calories expended during my workout to help me know how hard I’m working, and create a competitive atmosphere. I would recommend Beatstrong to anyone looking to get in shape, regardless of fitness level. I was not in great shape when I joined, and the first workouts were very challenging, but I’ve surprised myself at the progress I’ve made since joining. Try a free class and see if it’s for you.

(June 24, 2018, 10:30 am)Great trainers and friendly staff. Always get a great workout and you can work at your own pace. Trainers will help you modify if you ask too. I've lost weight going to BeatStrong, but what I like more is how strong I have gotten!

(January 11, 2018, 5:03 pm)I tried the free class and was so impressed that I signed up when the class was over! I love the concept of cardio with strength training/weights and your done in an hour. I burned 500 calories! There is a trainer that stays with you the whole time and tells you exactly what to do. Great for the experienced or inexperienced. There are several classes going on during the day, they are always different, and the best part is there is no annual contract! The owner, Donica, and the trainer, Lisa, were so kind to me when I was having some blood sugar issues during the workout. Truly professional and sincere. I am excited to be a new member of this place!
