  Group fitness on a personal level!!! First off, I’ve never been someone to spend much time in the gym. I started this journey for my own personal health and well being, but now my whole family is involved with the gym in some fashion. My wife and I regularly participate in the morning adult fitness classes and our children both participate in youth agility training. Ever since I’ve started working out with Thomas Hyde, I’ve seen tremendous changes in my overall health. Not only am I losing weight, but I’m building muscle and actually enjoying the process. Everyone at Katy Sports and Fitness is super knowledgeable and are always very supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make positive changes in their health.

  Everyone at Katy Sports is super professional. The trainers know how to give you a workout that will maximize potential to yield results. Thomas is awesome. He makes the workouts tough, but knows just how to push you to get through them. Awesome facility!!
