  If you are looking for a Small, Safe and Quiet as well as Family Friendly apartment complex this is the one. Been living here for nearly 4 years and have no complaints. When requesting Maintenance issues they're spot on and execute whatever the issue may be as soon as possible and are all very friendly and honest. Landscaping interior or exterior always is kept up as well as leasing office making sure the complex is kept well groomed at all times. Always having nice events for all residents young and old to socialize and get to know your neighbor.
  
  Isella in the leasing office is friendly, always in a chipper mood and is very attentive and listens to all your needs and addresses and executes them immediately.

  We have been a resident for almost a year. The neighborhood is quiet, staff is very responsive, and show a definitive care about the residents. Repair calls (while infrequent) are answered quickly and the amenities are great (especially the garages for rent). I highly recommend this apartment complex, and if my description sounds appealing, you will love it too.

  Awesome Apartment complex with excellent front office staff. Yesenia is very thoughtful and has exceptional customer service. Any issue I have she is quick to resolve, when everyone else may disregard or delay resolution. She makes living here even more pleasant. Its great to know that someone cares about the residents here.

  Very nice apartment complex with great amenities like a gym and yoga classes, residents feel safe and packaged left at doors are secure, maintenance comes promptly to handle lighting issues, non working washer or dryer in apartment, or plumbing issues that a resident can have. Residents are respectful to one another. Nice place to call home.

  We just moved in to Stratus & we couldn't be happier.It's in a great school neighborhood,with grocery stores just around the corner.The apartment is clean & well maintained.Front desk is very courteous & greets you with a smile & addresses your problems swiftly. We loved the cozy positive vibe the place gives & was the reason for us to choose this apartment as our home.We are particularly pleased with Natalia who helped us in answering all our queries,was patient , showed us around.She also had a sweet welcoming note when we entered the apartment.The maintenance staff ( Javier ) too fixed the couple of problems that we had very efficiently & quickly. We are glad we chose to call this place our home.
