“I have super anxiety! And I am a registered nurse with more than 15years of customer service experience. I believe in exceptional care and service. I have been getting both from this office. I have seen two of the dentists and loved them both for their compassionate care. The front office staff is bright, warm and fun. Billing and management are professional and very quick to respond. Seriously fast and effective! My hygienist was top notch and gave great education and feedback. My dental assistant.. yes MINE was so kind and lovely. She talked me thru the worst anxiety attack I have probably ever had. So grateful that I wanted to share my very personal experience. Anxiety is very difficult to admit to and exhausting to deal with for the staff. They handled it beautifully and compassionately. Best outcome I could ever hope for given the fact that I had to get 4 crowns and a night guard.”

Everyone was really friendly, being the staff. Very helpful by the way. Truly makes my transition that much easier. When you feel so welcomed. Wouldn't expect anything less of the pride and joy of our state of Texas. That being HEB. The young ladies checking me out at the register. Being 5 minutes till close. Were so cheerful and joyful. “Impeccable service to the City of Katy! The employees are all very friendly and take your needs seriously. Today isn't my first time needing assistance but it was quick and easy nonetheless! Our dog continued to try to get something in our shed this afternoon. I assumed we had a rat issue again, but he was so very determined to get to a certain spot. “Rented a car yesterday at this location since it was the only one open early on Sundays. The representative that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had originally asked for a Camry or similar car but they upgraded me to a luxury sedan, I couldn't be happier, and they also reimbursed me for the Uber rides since they could not give me a ride back home because they were very busy. I have been to other Enterprises and this location is by far the best one I have been to. Thank you to the employees for being courteous and professional and very friendly, I will recommend this location to family and friends and will be coming back to this location .”

“Allows license to carry! Never had an issue with them, and use them wkly. You can drop and go if you have the right bag, or prepay... whatever is most convenient. The young lady that works there has been very nice to me, and the one time a button wasn't fixed like requested, she immediately sent it back to have it done and ready for next day. (Things happen) I'd use this place for regular stuff. I am hesitant however about my Armani suits and shirts.... I take those items to another place.”

“I came at 9:30am & the place was empty. It is very pretty inside & they have very nice pedi chairs. I had a deluxe pedi by Diana & it was LOVELY. They even offer lap pillows for your arms to rest on, first place I've been to to do so. They offer private rooms if you want. I will definitely be back.”
