(June 22, 2018, 11:30 pm)Top notch and knew they would be. Five star care that Memorial Hermann is known for. Took our 1 year old in this evening and was seen immediately. Very efficient and much quieter than the hospital. Very clean, great staff. So fortunate to have this down the road.
(May 3, 2018, 8:38 pm)I don't understand what all the complaints are about, regarding their service being so slow. Who wants to have service that's so fast that they don't adequately treat you for blood work? What are they expecting Burgers and Fries with their treatment? Maybe you have to wait a little longer for outpatient care because they're taking care of their current patients... However, there ER care is amazingly fast, when it comes to the Dr seeing you. They actually take time to listen instead of rushing you out the door.
(February 8, 2018, 6:48 am)went to ER New Years Eve with FLU symptoms. Dr ordered CT Scan of lungs which came back fine, but they found a tumor on my left adrenaline gland, a rare condition know as Cushing Syndrome that they say I have probably had for some time. It is hard to diagnose and is the cause of Blood Pressure problems, weight gain, hormonal imbalance etc. I just had surgery last Friday to have it removed and feel certain I would have never known I had this issue had I not gone to this ER location. The Doctors and staff were great! Thank you!
(February 5, 2018, 2:37 am)Everyone was so caring and informative from start to finish and made sure I had everything down before I left. Matilda our nurse made my five year old very comfortable and Dr. Som went the extra mile. We were in-and-out under 40 mins. Basil was our business rep and ensured I made it to a 24 hour pharmacy at 1 AM and had directions.
