“Finally…. This isn’t your average gym. This wellness center is the best in town. The support from the staff beats any “gym” any day. Liz and Linda are great. If I have questions about a workout they both are available to help me. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has started over in the gym 100 times but this time…. It’s different, the support is so amazing I don’t need to start over I just keep going. Ohhh and how can I forget about the body butter that’s for sale there. “Front desk staff were polite, professional, and helpful. Went with both girls and they were seen together, I was able to watch my youngest as the hygienist spoke directly with my daughter to direct her on what she was doing. My daughter (4yr, second visit here) was calm and felt she could tell her what she needed rather then telling me to tell her. When my youngest (almost 2) didn't feel comfortable laying down the hygienist adjusted to her sitting up easily. Both the hygienist and dentist spoke to the girls to tell them what to expect as well as to me regarding concerns and options. Wonderful visit. We don't have insurance and I'll keep coming back because of the experience my girls have had.”

“I have been to several F45 and this one is by far my favorite. The size is just right, not too many people at the same time/ not too large the space, so that the coach can pay close attention to every member during the group class. Also it is pretty new compared to those in Houston, so the equipments are still in good shape. The best part is the team working here. They know every members name and always happy to see you and are ready to motivate you to become a better version of yourself during the workout. They host happy hours and get together outside of workout hours for the members. More like a big family than a regular training club.”

“Dr. Hernandez is wonderful. I’ve had back pain for a few years until it got to a point I couldn’t walk for long periods of time and losing feeling in my legs. I had an MRI done and was diagnosed with 3 herniated discs. I researched around for help and found Texas Wellness Center. Dr. Hernandez listened to my history and reviewed my records, and was thorough with her recommendations and actually cares about you. Within a few therapies, I was feeling so much better. “This is going to be my dentist from now on! They gave me a free second opinion and were great at explaining everything. I chose to have an old filling replaced here, and I was very anxious because fillings have been painful at my previous dentist. But the staff here made me feel very comfortable! “Best nursing home in Richmond area. I’m a retired nursing home administrator now, so I understand how things operate in such facilities. It’s not perfect, but the therapy department is great, nursing is good, some of them need to go, but that’s in all homes. The doctors that come in for specialty care are great and the overall operation is good. It is hard to get through on the phone, but you ask the nurse what’s the best time to try and call around that time if possible. SD”
